Pls be aware of this place, they sell extremely low quality products, no customer service at all. When you complain about your handbags being waring off they say its because we bought it on end of season sale
But it wasn’t the case, it was bought when the new collection was restocked and also for full cash without any discounts. Moreover they dont reply you in months for the complaint either. And come up with like its our fault
This complaint was done for more than 5 bags bought from them in the recent months which all ended up waring off, the skin comes out and it literally was not even used much. If anyone who encountered this pls make a complaint and comment here, it’s important we take these scammers out of industry.

I was initially very disappointed with the quality of the David Jones handbag I purchased in March 2026 for Rs. 11,200. After using it only a 3 times, the straps started showing damage and the zip also broke, which was quite unexpected for a product in this price range.
Immediately contacted customer care & raised my concern regarding the issue. I appreciate that the team responded promptly, reviewed my complaint & offered a replacement for the product. Their willingness to assist and provide a solution was truly appreciated.
Although I am satisfied with the support provided by the 'em, I hope more attention will be given to product quality and durability to ensure customers receive the standard they expect from the brand. Thank you to the team for handling my concern and resolving the matter.........

I’m updating my previous review to reflect my full experience. Initially, when I faced an issue with the handbag, the customer care team was exceptional. They took responsibility and replaced the product with a new one, which I truly appreciated.
However, within just two months of using the replacement, the same issue occurred again. The rubber edging started coming off. This clearly indicates a recurring product defect and poor quality.
I have been informing the team about this issue since 20th March, but unfortunately, up to today (18th April), nearly a month later, I have not received a proper response or any solution.
At this point, I am extremely disappointed. Despite the good initial service, the product quality is very poor, and the lack of follow up support has been frustrating.
Honestly, the bag now looks like something bought from a low cost market, which is unacceptable for the price paid.
Please consider carefully whether this product is worth your money.

I’ve purchased a David Jones handbag from Spade before, and recently got a Smiggle backpack and wallet for my daughter from their One Galle Face Mall outlet. It is original and of great quality, with very reasonable prices. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Their bags are fake even though they claim to be selling originals. Bought a David Jones bag and skin started peeling off in 2-3 months. Sent them a message but they left me on read. Do not buy from them
