Returns or exchange requests must be made within seven days from the date of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges are permitted only in situations where the product received is defective, damaged due to delivery issues, or incorrect. Requests for size or model changes may also be accommodated subject to stock availability.

Products purchased on sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange. Items that show signs of use, damage due to misuse, or are returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.

Spade does not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. Approved returns will be eligible only for an exchange.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging a product. Spade will not bear the delivery or shipping charges for exchanges unless the error or defect is confirmed to be on our part.

All returned items will undergo inspection before approval. Spade reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
